Gemma has 20 years experience working in all aspects of operations and project management in highly entrepreneurial environments, including events, visitor centres, investor networks and numerous small service businesses in multiple industries. Her strategic approach combines business operations expertise with a deep understanding of how people and processes work together to either enable or limit business growth.
